Oops! We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your mobile top up 😔

If the amount has been deducted from your account but the mobile top up wasn’t successful, you can reach out to us via the in-app chat. Please share the following information and we’ll file a dispute for your transaction:

🔹 Amount of the transaction

🔹 Date of the transaction

🔹 Reference number

The dispute will take about 4-6 working days to be resolved 🙌🏽
