How to report a Bill payment dispute?

Oops! We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your bill payment. 😔

If the amount has been deducted from your account but the bill payment was unsuccessful, please reach out to us via the in-app chat. Please share the following information and we’ll file a dispute for your transaction:

🔹 Amount of the transaction

🔹 Date of the transaction

🔹 Biller name

🔹 Reference number

🔹 Screenshot of the transaction

The dispute will take 4 working days to be resolved after the settlement of the transaction is received. 🙌🏽
