If the amount has been deducted from your account but the bill payment was unsuccessful, please reach out to us via the in-app chat. Please share the following information and weโ€™ll file a dispute for your transaction:

๐Ÿ”น Biller name

๐Ÿ”น Reference number

๐Ÿ”น Screenshot of the transaction
