How to dispute an Outgoing Bank Transfer?

Oops! We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your bank transfer. 😔

If the amount has been deducted from your account but the receiver is yet to receive the amount in their bank, you can reach out to us via the in-app chat. Please share the following details with us and we’ll file a dispute for your transaction

🔹 Receiver’s bank name

🔹 Amount of the transaction

🔹 Date of the transaction

🔹 Reference number

The dispute will take 3 working days to be resolved after settlement of the transaction is received. 🙌🏽

Please note that if the receiver’s bank is Easypaisa or Jazzcash, there may be a 24 hour delay with the transfer. If the other person doesn’t receive the funds within 24 hours, please reach out to us via the in-app chat and provide us with the above information. We'll file a dispute so the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.✌️

If the receiver’s bank is HBL, we recommend you to confirm if they’ve received the money in their HBL Konnect account.
