How to report a Physical Purchase or POS dispute?

Oops! We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your point-of-sale payment. 😔

If you’re still at the store, please ask the merchant for a “User Detail Report” - this is the receipt from the machine which shows all the transactions made that day. 🙋‍♀️

If you’ve left the store, we recommend you visit the store and ask for the User Detail Report. This will help us file your dispute with Mastercard.

Once you get this from the merchant, please share it with us along with a screenshot of the transaction you made via the in-app chat. Our team will file your dispute. 🙌🏽
