How to dispute an Incoming Bank Transfer?

Oops! We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your bank transfer. 😔

If the transferred amount hasn’t been received in your SadaPay account, you can reach out to us via the in-app chat. Please share the following information and we’ll file a dispute for your transaction:

🔹 The amount of the transaction

🔹 The date & time of transaction
🔹 Sender's bank and account name

Please not that the dispute will take 1 working day to be resolved from our end. We also recommend filing a dispute with the other bank so that they can look into this transaction too. 🙌
