Uh oh! If you’re facing trouble while trying to use your card at an ATM, here are some common mistakes that may be causing this failure:
🔹 Your card may be frozen. If so, please unfreeze your physical card from the “current balance” tile of the app and try again.
🔹 You may be trying to withdraw an amount beyond the daily withdrawal limit of PKR 50,000 (Please be aware that most ATMs typically allow maximum withdrawals of 20K per transaction, so you might have to make multiple withdrawals to get cash in larger amounts)
🔹 You might not have sufficient funds in your wallet.
🔹 You may be entering the PIN incorrectly. In case you forgot the card pin, you can always reset this from the app by heading to the “current balance” tile and tapping on the “physical” option.
It might also be possible that the ATM you’re trying to withdraw cash from is faulty or temporarily down. Therefore, please be sure to try another ATM
