Uh oh! If you’re facing an issue while trying to make an online transaction, here are some common mistakes that may be causing this failure:
🔹 Your card may be frozen. If so, please try again after unfreezing your card from the “current balance” tile of the app.
🔹 You don’t have enough money in your account. Please recheck the total amount required for the transaction and try again.
🔹 You entered the card details incorrectly.
🔹 If you’re trying to get a free trial which requires verification, this may still require you to have the amount needed to pay for the subscription in your account before you can move forward. Please retry after making sure you have the required amount in your wallet.
You can also try using both your virtual and your physical cards to pay online if one or the other isn’t working.
