I am unable to receive OTP while making an international transaction!

To keep your account secure, all transaction OTPs are now shown only inside the SadaPay app. If you’re facing trouble viewing your OTP, please follow the steps below:

🔹Update your app: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the SadaPay app. Your OTP will appear on your dashboard once the app is updated.

🔹Received a notification but can’t see the OTP? Double-check that your app is updated, then open the app and view the OTP directly on your dashboard.

🔹OTP expired or no longer visible? OTPs expire in five minutes. Please retry your transaction after ensuring you’re on the latest app version.

🔹Didn’t receive a notification? Check your phone’s notification settings to ensure SadaPay alerts are allowed. Meanwhile, you can always view your OTP directly from the app dashboard.

🔹 If you’re still unable to receive the OTP, despite trying the suggested solutions, please reach out to us via our in-app chat support or write to us at hello@sadapay.pk so we can take this up with our OTP provider. 🙏
