You can now view your account statement instantly in your SadaPay app. Make sure that your app is updated to the latest version. ✨
🔹 Head to the “More” section
🔹 Click “Account Statement” under Documents.
🔹 Set the Start and End dates
🔹 Click “Download.”
Things to note while downloading the account statement from the app:
Ongoing day’s transactions will not be included. ⛔️
Unsettled transactions from the past 30 days won't be available as these transactions appear on your statement once they are settled. 🙏
You will be able to download statements for 1st July 2023 and onward dates. 🗓️
However, if you’re unable to view your account statement from the app, or you require an Account statement for transaction date before 1st July 2023, just reach out to our team via in-app chat, and we'll provide you with your statement within 24 hours. It's as easy as that!
Can I get my Account Statement with my address on it?
Unfortunately our system-generated account statements don’t display the address as of now. But don't worry, we have a solution for you! We can provide you with an account maintenance certificate, which includes your account number, ownership, and address details. To get this, simply reach out to us via in-app chat, and our team will gladly assist you. Please allow up to 2 working days to process your request. 😃
