Note: If your WhatsApp is linked to the phone number registered with SadaPay, your OTP will be delivered through WhatsApp. If WhatsApp is not linked to your registered number, the OTP will automatically be sent via SMS instead.
In case you’re having trouble with receiving your login OTP via WhatsApp, please try the following steps:
🔹If you’re not receiving the OTP on WhatsApp, please make sure your WhatsApp account is active on the number registered with SadaPay.
🔹If your WhatsApp is active but you can’t access it, wait for one minute and then request the OTP via call when the option becomes available.
In case you’re having trouble with receiving your login OTP via SMS, please try the following steps
🔹 Restart your phone and make sure you have good network signals.
🔹 Clear phone inbox to ensure it is not full (for old phones with limited SMS capacity).
🔹 Check if there are any phone applications/settings that are filtering SMS. Make sure to check spam/blocked messages.
🔹 Delete all old messages with the same sender id and restart the handset.
🔹 If your registered number is ported (meaning you've changed your network in the past while keeping the same number) please SMS “MNP” to 8890. This will get your network updated and you should be able to receive OTPs again.
🔹 Try to open the app and attempt to request OTP from a different device or swap the SIM to another phone to verify if the delivery issue is phone-related.
