Before you leave Pakistan, make sure to enable international roaming on your device. This will allow you to receive OTPs (One-Time Passwords) on your registered SIM number, ensuring uninterrupted access to your SadaPay app.
Already Abroad Without Roaming? No Worries! 🌐
If you’re already outside Pakistan and forgot to turn on international roaming, don’t worry! You can contact your network service provider and request them to activate international roaming for your number. This will let you receive OTPs and access your SadaPay app as usual.
Why Roaming is Important?
For security reasons, we send OTPs only to your registered SIM number and not to your email. Without international roaming, you won’t be able to receive these OTPs, making it difficult to access your app.
