We’ve introduced in-app biometric verification to make your life easier and simpler. 😁

No more physical trips to an e-sahulat center - you can perform your biometric and increase your monthly limit from the comfort of your home. 😍 And it’s also absolutely free of cost! 🙌

What is biometric verification?

When you initially get your SadaPay account, you have a monthly incoming limit of Rs. 50,000. This means that you can only receive Rs. 50,000 into your SadaPay account per month. However, if you perform in-app biometric verification, you can increase your incoming limit to Rs. 400,000 per month. 💪 These limits are set by our regulator, the State Bank of Pakistan. 💰

How does it work?

  1. Performing in-app biometric verification is quick and sada. All you need to do is go to the “More” section of your SadaPay app and tap the "Increase my limit" option.

2. Once you’re there, you just need to click on "Get started" and follow the instructions listed and scan your fingerprints using the app.

When this is done, your details will be sent to NADRA for verification and once they’re approved, you’ll have upgraded limits, all within a few seconds! 💥 Once your biometric verification is complete, you’ll get a notification in the app about your limit increase. 💫

Completing your biometric verification:

To make sure that your biometric verification is done smoothly and successfully, make sure of the following things:

🔹 Your fingers are clean

🔹 The background is clear (Try scanning your fingers in front of a clean and plain background)

🔹 Your fingers are held close together and aren’t tilted in any way so that they can be scanned properly

🔹 Your internet connection is stable while performing in-app biometric verification.

Why your biometric may not work?

There are certain cases where in-app biometric verification may not work. Some of these cases include:

🔹 Attempting to perform biometric verification outside of Pakistan

🔹 Your fingerprints and CNIC not matching

🔹 Trouble in identifying your location

🔹 Your fingerprints are not registered with NADRA

How can I make the biometric work?

To ensure that your verification is approved instantly, please make sure you’re in Pakistan when performing biometrics from our app and that your fingerprints are registered with NADRA. Cases where the App doesn’t show the in-app biometric feature

The in-app biometric feature is present on the "More" page in the app. If your app doesn’t show the feature, it could be for the following reasons:

🔹 Your account limit is already upgraded to PKR 400,000.

🔹 Your app is not updated on our latest version of the app

🔹 Your cache memory of SadaPay app is full. You can clear the cache from your app settings. (Mobile Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > SadaPay > Clear Data > Clear Cache). 😁

What to do if the in-app biometric verification repeatedly fails?

The in-app biometric verification may not go through if your fingerprints and CNIC do not match. You still don’t need to worry. 😁 We have an alternative for this. 💪
