I am unable to increase my SadaPay wallet limit via in-app BVS due to a disability

If you’re unable to complete your in-app biometric verification due to a fingerprint disability, please reach out to us via our in-app chat and share the following:

🔹 Pictures of damaged fingers/unclear fingerprints along with a portrait (in a single picture which shows both your face and hand)

🔹 Written evidence supporting the damage to your fingerprints. This would be a picture of the government-issued disability certificate attested by a gazetted government officer of BPS/Grade 17 or above with the following words:

"I have seen the original certificate and the photocopy attested hereby is an exact copy of the original"
