I am unable to increase my wallet limit via in-app BVS.

This article will help you troubleshoot possible reasons for In-app BVS failure.

Solution

๐Ÿ“ฒ Turn off device location and turn it back on and retry

๐Ÿ“ฑTry logging in from a different device and retry

๐Ÿ“Verify the current location by opening Google Maps/Careem (any location fetching app). Then open the SadaPay app again and retry flow.

Make sure you follow these steps:

๐Ÿ–ผ Your background must be clear and well lit when you scan your fingerprints

๐Ÿงผ Your fingers should be clean

๐Ÿ“ธ Your camera should be 5 MP or more, and have auto-focus and flash

Please try with a better internet connection

You have to be in Pakistan to complete your biometric verification. If youโ€™re in Pakistan, do the following:

๐Ÿ“ฑTurn off device location and turn it back on and retry

๐Ÿ“Verify the current location by opening Google Maps/Careem (any location fetching app). Then open the Sadapay app again and retry flow.

If for any reason you can't do this through the app, you could head to your nearest NADRA E-Sahulat Center. Once you're there, follow these steps:

๐Ÿ‘ Tell the agent you'd like to get your biometric verification done

๐Ÿงพ Ask the agent to give you a bar-coded receipt once you're done giving them your fingerprints

๐Ÿ“ฑ Send us a picture of your receipt via in-app chat

๐Ÿ˜‡ Your limit will be increased from PKR 50,000 to PKR 400,000 in 24 hours!

Do the following:

๐Ÿ“ฑTurn off device location and turn it back on and retry

๐Ÿ“Verify the current location by opening Google Maps/Careem (any location fetching app). Then open the Sadapay app again and retry flow.

If for any reason you can't do this through the app, you could head to your nearest NADRA E-Sahulat Center. Once you're there, follow these steps:

Please try again once your retry limit reloads after a short while. However, if youโ€™re still unable to do it you could head to your nearest NADRA E-Sahulat Center. Once you're there, follow these steps:
