Mandatory Biometric Verification (BVS) – Complete Guide

Completing your Biometric Verification (BVS) is now mandatory under regulatory requirements. Please see below what applies to your case 👇

🟢 If you’ve already completed your Biometric Verification:

You’re all good! ✅


No further action is required from your end. If your incoming limit is PKR 400,000, this means your BVS is already complete. You can safely disregard this message. To confirm your incoming limit, head to the "More" section in the app.

🟡 If you’re in Pakistan and signed up with a Pakistani number but haven’t completed BVS yet:

It only takes a few minutes to complete your biometric verification directly through the SadaPay app!

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Open your SadaPay app and head to the “More” screen.

  2. Tap on “Increase my limit

  3. Follow the detailed on-screen instructions to scan your fingerprints using your phone’s camera.

  4. If everything goes smoothly, your account limit will be increased to PKR 400,000 per month 🥳

What to do if the in-app biometric verification repeatedly fails?

The in-app biometric verification may not go through if your fingerprints and CNIC do not match. You still don’t need to worry. 😁 We have an alternative for this. 💪

🔵 If you’re currently outside Pakistan or signed up with an international number:

You currently won't be able to complete biometric verification or might not be getting the option in the app at the moment, which is completely expected. Our team is actively working on a solution for users outside Pakistan and users with International Numbers 🌍
