Things to Consider Before You Proceed with Re-issuance:
Avoid Subscription Transfers. ❌
If you do not want to transfer your old subscriptions and recurring payments to your new card (e.g subscriptions of Netflix, Prime, Spotify, etc.), we recommend reaching out to our in-app chat support team. 👥 They’ll help issue a new card for you which will prevent your old subscriptions from transferring over to the new card.
2. Transfer All Current Subscriptions. ✅
If you want to transfer all your subscriptions and recurring payments to your new card (e.g subscriptions of Netflix, Prime, Spotify, etc.), you can reissue your card directly from the app. 📱This is great if you want to keep everything running without any interruptions.
Follow These Simple Steps to Reissue Your Card from the App:
🔹 Click on the "Teal Card" reflecting the current balance.
🔹 You'll see two options: "Virtual" & "Physical".
🔹 Swipe to the "Physical" and at the bottom of the page, you'll see the option "Reissue card".
🔹 Click on the button beside "I understand that my current card will be blocked and my subscriptions will be moved to my new card".
🔹 Click on "Confirm and Reissue".
🔹 Enter your login PIN.
🔹 Once you confirm and submit the request, you will see the details of card delivery in your app after some time.
