Agar aap apna SadaPay physical card reissue kerwana chahte hain, to neeche diye gaye steps follow ker ke aap ye asaani se ker sakte hain.
Re-issuance kerne se pehle ye zaroor consider karein:
1. Apni purani subscriptions transfer na karein. ❌
Agar aap apni puraani subscriptions aur recurring payments apne new card per transfer nahin kerna chahte (jaise ke Netflix, Prime, Spotify, ki subscriptions etc.), ham aap ko mashawara dein ge ke aap hamari in-app chat support team se raabta karein. 👥 Hamari team aap ko aik naya card re-issue ker ke de gi ji se aap ki puraani subscriptions naye card per nahin transfer hon gi.
2. Apni tamaam current subscriptions transfer karein. ✅
Agar aap apni puraani subscriptions aur recurring payments apne new card per transfer kerna chahte (jaise ke Netflix, Prime, Spotify, ki subscriptions etc.), aap wo directly apni app se reissue ker sakte hain.📱
Apna physical card reissue karne ke liye neeche diye gaye steps ko follow karein:
🔹 Apka balance dikhane wale teal card par click karein
🔹 Apko do options nazar aaen ge: "Virtual" aur "Physical"
🔹 "Physical" tab par click karein aur page ke end per apko "Report an issue with your card" ka option nazar aae ga. Is per click karein.
🔹 Apna address confirm karein aur "I understand that my current card will be blocked and my subscriptions will be moved to my new card" ke saath button ko click karein.
🔹 "Confirm and Reissue" per click karein.
🔹 Apni login PIN enter karein.
🔹 Jese hi aap apna order confirm karein ge, aap ko ap ke card delivery ki details apni app mein thori dair baad nazar aajaen gi.🤞
