Every declined transaction not only impacts our users but also adds costs for SadaPay, affecting our ability to provide seamless services. As a result of these frequent declines, SadaPay reserves the right to charge a decline fee and/or block your card to prevent further losses. Please refer to our updated terms and conditions for more details.

To help prevent such situations, here are some useful tips:

  1. Ensure Sufficient Funds: Always maintain enough funds in your wallet, especially for international payments. You can always refer to our Schedule of Charges for further details. πŸ’°

  2. Check Card Status: Before making a payment, check your card's status in the β€œCurrent Balance” tile of the app. If it's frozen, unfreeze it to avoid declines. This is crucial for recurring subscriptions, where insufficient balance or a frozen card can lead to multiple declines. ❄️

  3. Monitor Notifications: Keep an eye on push notifications from us regarding failed transactions. If you receive one, promptly check your card status and ensure you've added the necessary funds to your wallet. πŸ“²

  4. Manage Recurring Payments: If you no longer wish to continue with recurring payments, remove your card from those platforms. Find out how to do it here. πŸ”„

Remember, taking these proactive steps can help you avoid unnecessary declines and ensure smooth transactions. For more details, refer to our updated terms and conditions. πŸ“œ
