Jab bhi koi e-commerce transaction karta hai, ham fori tor par aap ke account se rakam deduct kar lete hain. Merchant in funds ko claim ker sakta hai jis se transaction mukammal hojaati hai. Merchant in funds ko claim nahin bhi kar sakte aur transaction ko unsettle chor sakte hain.

๐Ÿ”น Agar merchant ne funds claim nahin kiye:

Aap ham se in-app chat mein raabta kar sakte hain taake ham apki is transaction ka dispute file kar dein. Agar merchant payment karne ke 4 dinon tak transaction claim nahin karte, to ham apko ye funds apke account mein 5th din reverse kar dein ge.

Agar merchant baad mein transaction claim karta hai, to amount aapke account se automatically deduct ho jayega. Agar aisa hota hai, to bas humay bataiye aur hum aapke liye dispute handle karenge.

In cases mein, hamein merchant ka response chahiye hota hai. Agar woh refund ka promise karte hain to ham tab tak refund process hone ka wait karein ge. Albatta, agar merchant refund promise nahin karte to ham ye case Mastercard ke saath raise karein ge. Is kisam ke issue ko "chargeback" kehte hain aur is per mukammal karwaye hone mein 45 din lag sakte hain. ๐Ÿ™
