If your card wasn’t returned by an ATM, don’t worry, it happens sometimes!
Here’s what you can do next:
Option 1: Visit the bank branch
You can visit the branch of the bank whose ATM held your card within 2 working days. Make sure to take your original CNIC and a photocopy along. Once you’re there, the banking officer may ask you to fill out a form or sign a receipt before returning your card.
Option 2: Wait for us to help
If you’re unable to visit the branch, you can simply wait. The bank usually sends the card back to their Head Office, and it’s then dispatched to us. This process can take around 15–20 days, after which we’ll send your card back to you.
