Please go to that particular ATM branch and speak to the manager about your card. π§ The bank usually holds cards for 2 days. Donβt forget to take your CNIC along so that the bank can verify that the name matches.
If the bank refuses to return the card due to any verification issues, kindly reach out to us via in-app chat support and let us know the bank name so that we can intimate them regarding the issue.
In other cases where the ATM captured cards are returned back to us in the office, we will resend them to respective users. π¬
