To make sure your account verification goes smoothly, there are a few things you need to know:

🔹 Once you sign up on the SadaPay app, you'll have to submit your CNIC and a selfie through the app. Just make sure that both are clear, and it's your own CNIC and selfie you're submitting. We know this seems pretty straightforward, but you'd be surprised at how often people mix these things up!

🔹 In the unlikely event that there are any issues with your submitted information, such as an unclear CNIC or selfie, or a mismatch of information, you'll receive a resubmission request asking you to submit your information and documents again. We understand this can be frustrating, but we promise it's for your own security. So, please take extra care while submitting your information.

🔹 Once you've submitted everything, you can expect your account to be verified within 1 working day. However, if for some reason it's been more than one working day and your account is still not verified despite submitting the correct details, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll raise your request with the relevant team on a priority basis to get everything sorted as soon as possible 😃🙌🏽
