💸 I received a refund notification, what does it mean?

If you’ve received a refund notification in your app, it means the merchant has initiated the refund, but it hasn’t fully processed yet.

This is completely normal 😊


⏳ How long do refunds take?

  • Merchant-to-bank refunds can take some time to reflect in your balance

  • The exact timeline depends on the merchant’s refund SOP

  • Processing times can vary from one merchant to another
