Don't worry though – we'll be sending your card using TRAX very soon, and they'll hopefully be more efficient. 😄 They'll call you in a few days to confirm your address and availability. They'll also send you a new tracking ID via sms, and dispatch your card. This process may take up to 1-2 weeks. 🙏
