To make sure your account verification goes smoothly, we’ll need you to complete the following steps:

🔹 Share your NADRA smart card. You’ll need to submit this using the app for us to verify your account.

🔹 After you’ve uploaded photos of your smart card, we’ll need you to snap a selfie and send this through to us.

🔹 Next up, we'll send you a message asking for your Guardian’s CNIC. You’ll have to submit either your Father’s or Mother’s CNIC. We’ll need photos of both the front and the back.

🔹 Once your Guardian's CNIC is uploaded and verified, you can expect your account to be up and running in no time! The whole process should take less than 24 hours 🙌🏽

However please note that currently we have paused onboarding for minors and are working to streamline the process in accordance with new SBP regulations. We intend to resume the onboarding process for minors in the coming weeks 😅
