The next question that you might have in mind is that why the tracking ID you see on the card order screen is “not working”? Well technically, there is nothing wrong with the tracking ID. 😌 Its just that the tracking ID goes live once your card has been printed and picked up by our delivery partners. Sometimes, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking ID to go live AFTER your card has been printed. 🙏🏼

If the expected date of your delivery has passed, and the tracking ID is still not working, you can reach out to our in-app chat support team and they'll look into this and share an update. 🙏
