Did you know that you can order your SadaPay physical debit card from within the app? 🤩
The ordering process takes only about 2 minutes and has a few easy steps:
1. Navigate to the cards section of your SadaPay wallet by clicking on the teal-colored "Current balance" section of your main app dashboard, which can be seen in the top left corner of the app screen below.
2. On the next screen, swipe right to view your physical card ordering screen and press the "Order your SadaPay card" button at the bottom of the screen shown below to begin ordering your card.
3. In the next step, choose the network of your choice. You can choose between Mastercard or PayPak, based on your preference.
4. After you have selected your preferred network, proceed to enter your home address.
5. Once you have completed this step, you should see the screen shown below:
Hit the "Order my Mastercard" button and voila! 🎉 You have now submitted your order and you'll be able to see the tracking number of your card on the same screen. You can use this tracking number to see the delivery status of your card as is it being shipped to you. We expect that that card will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days. 🥳
