Terms & Conditions for Purchase of GameZone Products

All digital game products listed in the SadaPay application under “GameZone” are sold by Raptr Games ("Raptr" or the “Seller”), through the Sadapay platform. SadaPay provides the SadaPay application as a platform and payment channel only, and is not the seller of, and makes no warranties in respect of, any digital product. Your contract of sale for each purchase is with Raptr. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge, confirm, and agree to the following:

  1. All purchases of digital game top up codes and vouchers offered by Raptr on the SadaPay application, are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange, cancellation, or reversal.

  2. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-returnable by nature.

  3. Game top-up codes and vouchers are region-locked. Please ensure the code you are purchasing matches your game account's region (e.g., Pakistan, UAE, Global). Codes purchased for the wrong region will not work and are non-refundable.

  4. You have reviewed your order carefully and confirmed that all account details, user IDs, email addresses, and product selections are accurate and complete.

  5. Neither SadaPay nor the Seller is responsible for losses arising from incorrect product selection, inaccurate account details, user IDs, email addresses, or accidental payment.

  6. Codes are case-sensitive. Neither SadaPay nor the Seller shall be responsible for errors caused due to incorrect code entry or repeated failed attempts.

  7. Your digital code appears in-app after payment. Once a code has been attempted, it is considered used. Neither SadaPay nor the Seller is able to verify or replace codes after delivery. If you encounter an error, contact support before making further redemption attempts.

  8. Codes are valid as shown on the product listing. Expired codes will not be replaced.

  9. Any complaint must be reported through the support team via in-app chat within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, together with the required supporting information. SadaPay will relay such complaints to the Seller for further processing. Failure to provide the required supporting information may result in the complaint not being processed.

  10. Fraudulent or intentionally false claims, or misuse of the services, may result in suspension or termination of your access to the GameZone digital products and, where required or appropriate under applicable law, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

  11. To initiate a complaint please contact the support team via in-app chat.

  12. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
